Beautifully presented studio rooms are located on a terrace in the roof tops of medieval Lincoln's cobbled streets. Each room is individually designed and has its own private entrance onto the roof top terrace which has outside seating for your room to enjoy the views and sunshine (if we are lucky).

All rooms has a sofa, king size beds, crisp white hotel linen, ensuite shower room. With ironing board, iron, salon hairdryer. The kitchenette has a fridge with small freezer compartment, sink and microwave.
